Last reviewed May 2026. These terms apply to all bookings made on or after 01 January 2025.
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before making a booking. By confirming a booking with PrimeVista, you agree to be bound by these terms on behalf of yourself and all members of your travel party.
The Agreement
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between PrimeVista Travel & Leisure Ltd ("PrimeVista", "we", "us") and any individual or entity ("Client", "you") who uses our services or website. A binding contract is formed when we issue a written booking confirmation to you.
Where your booking includes services provided by third parties (airlines, lodges, transport providers), additional terms imposed by those providers may also apply. We will make you aware of any material third-party terms at the time of booking.
Booking & Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is not confirmed until you receive a written confirmation and reference number from PrimeVista. Verbal commitments or informal communications do not constitute a confirmed booking.
- You must be at least 18 years of age to make a booking
- You confirm that all information provided (names, passport details, travel dates) is accurate and complete
- You accept responsibility for ensuring all members of your party comply with these Terms
- Name changes after confirmation may incur administrative fees and are subject to supplier availability
Payments & Deposits
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the following payment schedule applies:
- Deposit: 30% of the total journey value is required within 5 business days of receiving your booking confirmation to secure your reservation
- Balance: The remaining 70% is due no later than 60 days before the departure date
- Late bookings: Bookings made within 60 days of departure require full payment at the time of confirmation
Payments are accepted via bank transfer, mobile money, and other methods as agreed. All prices are quoted in USD unless explicitly stated otherwise. PrimeVista is not responsible for currency conversion losses.
Cancellations & Refunds
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@primevistatravel.com. The following cancellation fees apply, calculated from the date we receive your written notice:
| Notice Period Before Departure | Cancellation Fee |
|---|---|
| More than 90 days | Loss of deposit only |
| 61–90 days | 50% of total journey value |
| 31–60 days | 75% of total journey value |
| 0–30 days | 100% of total journey value |
These fees reflect non-recoverable costs paid to suppliers on your behalf. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that includes cancellation cover.
Amendments
We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate changes to a confirmed booking. Amendment requests must be made in writing. An administration fee of USD 50 per amendment applies in addition to any supplier change fees. We cannot guarantee that changes can always be fulfilled, particularly at short notice.
PrimeVista reserves the right to make minor amendments to itineraries where necessary due to operational reasons. We will notify you promptly and any significant changes will give you the right to cancel without penalty.

PrimeVista acts as an agent for third-party service providers (airlines, lodges, transport operators). We are not liable for the acts, omissions, or negligence of those third parties, nor for any injury, loss, damage, or delay arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Our total liability to you in contract, tort, or otherwise shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to PrimeVista for the affected booking.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend and for some itineraries require that all Clients hold comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical expenses, emergency evacuation, and personal liability before departure.
PrimeVista is not responsible for costs arising from the absence of appropriate insurance cover, including medical evacuation from remote locations. Details of your insurance policy (provider name and emergency number) should be shared with us before your departure.

In the event of force majeure, we will work with you to reschedule your journey or arrange a credit to your account, subject to what is recoverable from our suppliers.
Complaints
If something goes wrong during your journey, please inform our on-the-ground contact or our 24/7 emergency line immediately. This gives us the opportunity to resolve the issue in real time.
